Shipping Policy – Gronoir

At Gronoir, we work to process and deliver orders as efficiently and securely as possible. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing and Order Changes

Orders begin automated processing shortly after checkout.

Orders become final 24 hours after placement. After that point, orders generally cannot be:

  • Canceled
  • Modified
  • Edited
  • Updated, including shipping address changes
  • Adjusted for product selections or quantities

Once an order enters fulfillment or shipment preparation, cancellation is no longer possible except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

Requests submitted within the first 24 hours are not guaranteed and remain subject to fulfillment status.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.


2. Priority + Insured Shipping

Customers selecting Priority + Insured Shipping may be eligible, subject to verification, for:

  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Store credit

where a carrier officially confirms a package as lost in transit (for example: undeliverable or missing in carrier network).

Refunds for lost shipments are generally not issued and may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at Gronoir’s discretion.

For orders placed using Free Shipping or Standard Shipping, a one-time replacement shipment may be offered, at our discretion, if carrier-confirmed loss is verified.

Carrier investigation or documentation may be required before any remedy is issued.


3. Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Gronoir is not responsible for shipments affected by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer error
  • Unsecured delivery locations
  • Theft after confirmed delivery

If an addressing or fulfillment error is determined to be caused by Gronoir, we may reship the order at no additional cost.

Once tracking shows Delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient, except where otherwise required by law.

Packages marked delivered are generally not eligible for refund or replacement.

If a package cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier and, where applicable, file a claim directly with the carrier.


4. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local handling charges

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable import charges.

Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or customs fees are not eligible for refund, shipping reimbursement, or reshipment.


5. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier performance, customs handling and operational conditions.

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Asia: 7–15 business days
  • Central & South America: 15–25 business days
  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Estimated processing time:

  • 2–3 business days before shipment

Estimated maximum delivery window:

  • Up to 30 business days, excluding customs-related delays

All shipping estimates are approximate only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Transit times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.


6. Tracking Information

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent where tracking is available.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may require 2–5 business days to appear
  • Some shipping methods or destinations may have limited tracking visibility

7. Delays and Force Majeure

Gronoir shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs delays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor interruptions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Force majeure events

Delays arising from such events do not entitle cancellation, refund, or compensation solely due to transit delay.


8. Shipping Risk and Liability Limitations

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gronoir shall not be liable for indirect losses, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, or delivery interruptions.

Our obligations regarding shipment issues are limited to the remedies expressly provided in this policy.
